Allahumma aghfir li dhunoobi warhamni watub 'alayya innaka anta at-Tawwab ur-Raheem

"O Allah, forgive my sins, have mercy on me, and accept my repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepter of Repentance, the Most Merciful."
